Discover Ramen Hiroshi

When you walk into Ramen Hiroshi on 1633 Bonanza St in Walnut Creek, California, you immediately feel at home. The cozy, warm ambiance makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The delicious smell of simmering broth wafts through the air, inviting you to settle in and enjoy a comforting meal.

The first thing you'll notice is how attentive and friendly the staff are. They make you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The menu at Ramen Hiroshi is a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary ramen dishes. Each bowl is prepared with the finest ingredients, ensuring that each bite is packed with flavor. Whether you're a ramen novice or a seasoned fan, there’s something here for everyone.

What makes Ramen Hiroshi stand out is its commitment to quality. The chefs use a slow-cooked pork broth, which is rich, savory, and full of depth. If you're looking for something more adventurous, their miso ramen has a unique blend of flavors that will surprise your taste buds. For those who prefer a lighter option, their shoyu ramen with its clear, delicate broth is a favorite. The noodles are perfectly chewy, providing the ideal texture to complement the rich broths.

One of the things I appreciate most about Ramen Hiroshi is their attention to detail. Every bowl is topped with perfectly cooked eggs, a generous portion of tender chashu pork, and a sprinkling of green onions. The freshness of the ingredients is noticeable in every bite, making it clear that Ramen Hiroshi cares about delivering the best dining experience possible.

The location on Bonanza St is also a plus. Walnut Creek is a beautiful area, and having Ramen Hiroshi right in the heart of it makes it an easy spot for locals to grab a delicious meal. Whether you’re coming in for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends, the setting feels just right for any occasion.

Customer reviews consistently rave about the cozy atmosphere, the excellent service, and, of course, the food. Many people return time and time again for the signature bowls that have become a staple in the community. It’s not just a place to grab a meal; it’s a place where memories are made over steaming bowls of ramen.

As far as the menu goes, there’s a lot to choose from beyond just ramen. The appetizers, like their crispy gyoza, are a perfect start to your meal. And don't forget to try their sides, such as the refreshing cucumber salad, which offers a nice balance to the richness of the ramen. It's clear that every dish has been crafted with care, from the appetizers to the bowls of steaming broth.

One of the best things about Ramen Hiroshi is that it has something for everyone. Vegetarians can enjoy the vegetable ramen, while meat lovers can indulge in the pork or chicken ramen options. The ability to customize your bowl with extra toppings, such as additional chashu, soft-boiled eggs, or a spicy kick, adds a personal touch to the meal.

Ramen Hiroshi doesn’t just offer great food but a unique experience. It’s a place where you can relax, enjoy great food, and feel like part of a community. From the first taste of broth to the last bite of noodles, the experience is unforgettable. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or someone just looking to try something new, Ramen Hiroshi delivers every time.

  • Great ambiance, meal, and service. Salt and pepper wings cooked/fried so perfectly light I almost thought I may have been a tempura batter. Will definitely return again when on the West Coast

  • Great bowl of shio ramen during a rainy day. From the open kitchen, you can see they have multiple pots of soup under preparation, which shows they are serious about their ramen. Also tried the Nankotsu Karage (fried chicken cartilage), both the ramen and the chicken tasted great.

  • Great menu with tons of different choices. First time here after searching for top ramen by votes near concord…..completely understandable why after our delicious meal. The space is small and there is a constant queue of people wanting service. That wait will be longer if your party is 4+…. But worth it IMHO. Cheers and ty for having us. If someone from the wait staff ever sees this review; pls accept some feedback. If you see a couple with multiple kids struggling to keep them quiet while waiting for their food to show up….. and if they’ve ordered a few appetizers pls deliver them before the entrees. We would’ve loved to have had the karrage chicken / edamame as a distraction instead of having all the food show up at once.

  • Delicious food and friendly, attentive service in a cozy space. We loved the renkon chips (perfectly crisp), karaage and salt and pepper wings (both crisp, tender, and flavorful), hiroshi tonkotsu ramen (rich broth, perfect egg, nice assortment of toppings, and lovely al dente noodles), tantanmen (spicy, creamy, yummy), and miso black cod (so delicious).

  • nothing special. i’ve had better ramen before. the restaurant is pretty tight but the service was good! if you live in the area, it’s a pretty decent restaurant if you’re really craving ramen.
